It’s our great pleasure to invite you to join us for the 5th IEEE International Conference on Electrical Materials and Power Equipment (ICEMPE 2025), which will provide a forum within the international academic and engineering community in the field of electrical materials and power equipment.
ICEMPE 2025 will be held in Harbin, China on August 3rd-6th, 2025. It is sponsored by the IEEE Dielectrics and Electrical Insulation Society (DEIS), and it will be organized and technically supported by Harbin University of Science and Technology. ICEMPE is an extension of National Conference on Engineering Dielectrics (NCED) in China, which was founded in 1983 as a biennial forum. The 1st, 2nd, 3rd and 4th ICEMPE has been successfully held in Xi'an in 2017, Guangzhou in 2019, Chongqing in 2021, Shanghai in 2023, respectively.
