International Conference on Optical Communications and Networks (ICOCN) serves as one of the largest international forums for researchers involved in all aspects of optical communications and networks. It has been held annually tracing from 2002. Accepted papers will be submitted for inclusion into IEEE Xplore and indexed by EI Compendex.

The 21st ICOCN (ICOCN'2023) will be held in Qufu (China), during July 31 - Aug. 03. Nine tracks are being arranged in the conference with the topics covering fiber optics, optical communications and networks, fiber sensors and lasers, optoelectronics, optical signal proceesing, microwave photonics, space communication, and quantum photonics.

Qufu is known as "the hometown of Confucius, the holy city of the East". It is a world famous cultural city and a good place for tourism. We cordially invite you to participate in this international conference, to share your recent research outcome as well as taking this opportunity to meet academia, scientists and researchers from different parts of the world.
