活动简介
International Conference on Optical Communications and Networks (ICOCN) serves as one of the largest international forums for researchers involved in all aspects of optical communications and networks. It has been held annually tracing from 2002. Accepted papers will be submitted for inclusion into IEEE Xplore and indexed by EI Compendex.

Papers presenting original work in the technical areas covered by the conference are invited for submission. Papers should be in the form of an electronic file in PDF format.
All contributed papers will be peer reviewed and rated by the technical program committee. Accepted papers will be submitted to IEEE Xplore and published online in the proceeding of ICOCN 2021.
