摘要
 The composition of the composite insulator silicone rubber plays a key role in the service life of the silicone rubber. In order to study the change law of the composition and the operation process, the composite insulator silicone rubber of 2, 6, and 10 years was selected for scanning electron microscope analysis, thermogravimetric analysis and differential scanning calorimetry analysis, fourier infrared analysis and X-ray Spectroscopy. The relevant results show that during the operation, the integrity of the silicone rubber molecular chain decreases, and more and more cracks and holes appear on the surface of the silicone rubber. This is related to the change and precipitation of aluminum hydroxide in the silicone rubber component, and the change of aluminum hydroxide is the largest during the operation , and the detailed process of ATH change during aging is discussed. The research content of this paper can better reflect the surface aging state of the silicone rubber shed, and can be used for formula preparation, quality inspection, operating state evaluation and aging failure analysis of composite insulators.
