The efficiency of a business is determined by the resources it has and how those resources are allocated, which has an impact on enterprise performance. Therefore, there is a complex relationship between resource allocation and performance. As an important industry to promote economic restructuring and enhance international competitiveness, high-tech industry has attracted more and more attention from all walks of life. Therefore, it is particularly important to study the resource allocation of innovative enterprises under multi project management and the relationship between resource allocation and enterprise efficiency. This paper uses an optimal goal solving method of Genetic Algorithm to study the resource allocation optimization method of multi project management of innovative. The efficiency of a business is determined by the resources it has and how those resources are allocated. Through analysis, demonstration and simulation, it provides a certain reference for the resource allocation of innovative enterprises in project management.
