The safe and stable operation of high-voltage switchgear is related to the stability of power supply of distribution network system. In the current research, most of the research of vibration on high current switchgear equipment is in the static aspect, and the analysis results are inaccurate and incomplete. In this paper, the electromagnetic distribution of switchgear is calculated from the principle of electromagnetic field and vibration; Secondly, the vibration test platform of high-voltage switchgear is developed to explore the vibration test and detection means of switchgear, so as to comprehensively measure the electrical and mechanical properties of switchgear; Pass the field test of the switch cabinet The noise influencing factors are obtained, the vibration characteristic change data are collected, and the key vibration parameters of the switchgear are accurately evaluated; According to the field application, the targeted treatment measures are put forward, and the actual application effectively improves the operation safety level of power grid switchgear.
