The arrangement of virtual sensors in the GIS digital twin is different from that of physical sensors, and its arrangement position is not limited. The measurement of related parameters can be performed at any position of the twin body. However, digital twins often have the characteristics of large amount of data and diverse data types. Too many virtual sensors will cause data redundancy, and the subsequent state assessment of the twin will consume too much computing resources. Therefore, it is necessary to study the optimal arrangement of virtual sensors in the GIS digital twin to ensure the sensitivity and accuracy of fault data judgment while reducing the data redundancy of virtual sensors.
