The application scale of gas-insulated enclosed combined electrical appliances (GIS) in our country is getting bigger and bigger. For long-running GIS, the aging problem of solid insulation is particularly prominent. Its aging characteristics essentially depend on the insulator's three stresses of electrical, thermal, and mechanical vibration. This paper presents the overall design plan of GIS solid insulation multi-sample three-factor aging comprehensive test platform and develops GIS reliable insulation multi-sample three-factor aging test platform including electrical aging system, thermal aging system, and mechanical stress aging system, and supporting it Corresponding sample racks and insulation samples are designed to solve the problems of the current multi-factor aging test device that cannot combine and disassemble aging factors, the sample size is small, and the result accuracy is low. The performance test of the GIS solid insulation multi-sample three-factor aging platform and the GIS solid insulation electrical aging test were carried out to verify the platform's stability.
