Simulation Calculation of Flow Field-Temperature Field and Analysis of Winding Heat Dissipation Performance of Dry Core Reactor

  According to the electrical and structural parameters of a dry core reactor, the circuit-magnetic field simulation model is established, the magnetic field distribution around the reactor is obtained. And the flow field-temperature field coupling simulation model is established, taking the calculated core and winding loss as heat source, considering the influence of temperature and metal conductor resistivity, the detailed temperature field simulation results of core reactor are obtained. By comparing the temperature field simulation results of the reactor under the two-dimensional and three-dimensional models, the temperature distributions of the core and winding regions along different paths are extracted, the reasons for the errors in the simulation results under the two models are analyzed, and the heat dissipation process of the reactor enveloping coil is deduced. On this basis, the effects of winding height, radius and airway width on the core and winding temperature of the core reactor are studied, and the influence curves of different parameters on the temperature are obtained, the research results have important guiding significance for improving the heat dissipation performance of the core reactor.
