   Voltage transformer is the key equipment of power measurement and protection in power grid. With the rapid construction of national UHV transmission network and UHV transmission network, 1000kV Transmission Network becomes the backbone of transmission network, UHV voltage transformer is an important equipment in UHV GIS equipment of UHV transmission network, Its reliability and stability need to be traced through the calibration of standard voltage transformers of the same voltage. New problems arise, How to trace the source of 1000kV standard voltage transformer? This paper introduces a method, Through the traceability system composed of 110kV two-stage standard voltage transformer, 500kV standard voltage transformer, 1600kV standard capacitor and 7010c high-voltage capacitor bridge, the value of 1000kV standard voltage transformer can be traced. Through comparison method and linear degree extrapolation method, Realize 1000kV value transfer. In terms of data results, This method can meet the calibration requirements.
