Instructions for Authors

Papers submitted for review must clearly state:

The purpose of the work, how and to what extent it advances the state-of-the-art, specific results and their impact The degree to which the paper deals with the above issues is fundamental to a successful review and selection of the paper. Only the most frequent cause of rejections of submitted papers is a lack of new results. Only work that has not been previously published at the time of the conference will be considered. Duplicated submissions to concurrent conferences must be avoided. Based on the review, selection , Acceptance, registration and presentation the papers will be published in IEEE Xplore digital library.

If the papers are presented by a single author, he/she must register for the conference; if it is more than one author, at least one of the authors must register for the conference on or before the deadline. For more details please refer Registration Details.

All papers must conform to IEEE Formatting Guidelines. The papers must not exceed 8 pages (for 6 pages no charges and Additional 2 pages will be subject to extra charges) with all illustrations and references included. Papers should be submitted only through easy chair.

Camera Ready Paper Submission (for IEEEXPLORE proceedings):

Modify your paper as suggested by reviewers. Authors should ensure that the camera ready papers are written in good English language that meets international standards. Papers should have a coherent flow of ideas without any spelling mistakes, grammatical errors and incorrect sentences from the English language point Of view. Papers that do not maintain good English writing standards will not be published by IEEEXPLORE. Please ensure that no figures or text are copied from already published sources. Authors who Submit papers that contain any form of plagiarism will invite unwarranted consequences.

Please don't use author titles (Dr. Prof. etc.) in front of names and also avoid using positions (Professor, Lecturer, Scholar etc.)

IEEE PDF express is a free service to ICCSDET 2018, allowing authors to make IEEE Xplore-compatable PDFs (conversion function) or to check PDFs that authors have made themselves for IEEE Xplore compatibility (PDF check function). First-time users should do the following

Enter the following:   43591X  for the Conference ID your email address a password

Continue to enter information as prompted.An Online confirmation will be displayed and an email confirmation will be sent verifying your account setup. Previous users of PDF eXpress need to follow the above steps, but should enter the same password that was used for previous conferences. Verify that your contact information is valid.

• Papers (main menu)
• Upload New Version (upper right corner)
• Choose pdf file
• Submit a New Version

Just make use of "author" role for camera ready, as it was only meant for initial submissions. . This is a firm deadline for the production of the proceedings. Every paper accepted for presentation and publication MUST have attached to it an IEEE Copyright transfer Form.
