The Main theme of the conference is to explore the emerging Technical Advancement in Power systems and Communications. Two tracks with the first track focusing smart grids, Renewable energy, VLSI, Deregulation Electricity markets, Electrical machines, Electromagnetic systems, filters, antennas and Optimization techniques. The second track will focus on Ad hoc Network, Wireless Sensor Networks,4G networks, Embedded systems. Special emphasis will be given to Artificial Intelligence, Fuzzy Systems, Optimization techniques, Game theory.

IEEE ICTPACT 2017 invites full length original research contributions from Engineering Students, Research scholars, academic institutions, R&D organizations and industries from across the world. Full length original research contributions and review articles not exceeding six pages and formatted as per attached IEEE template shall be submitted. The manuscript should contribute original research ideas, developmental ideas, analysis, findings, results or survey. The manuscript should not have been published in any journals/magazines or conference proceedings and not under review in any of them. All the submitted manuscripts will be peer reviewed and the outcome of the review process will be notified to the author within 3 weeks from receipt of manuscript. Based on reviewer comments the revised version of the manuscript shall be submitted withing 2 weeks for further evaluation. The proceedings of ICTPACT 2017 will be submitted for indexing in IEEE Xplore*. Select extended papers may be considered for publication in Science Indexed / Scopus Indexed journals which will be notified from time to time in the website.”

The length of the submission should not exceed 6 pages. Additional page charges of Rs.250 per page will be applicable for each additional page. Ensure text similarity is minimal to ensure faster processing. Kindly download ICTPACT template ( ICTPACT should be hyperlink to attached template.doc). Upload paper through EasyChair. Acknowledgement of paper receipt will be given within 24 hours and decision of the reviewed paper will be shared in 3 weeks time.

Extended version of selected papers can be published in Journal of Medical Imaging and Health Informatics ( Science Indexed, Anna Univ Annexure List ), International Journal of Biomedical Engineering and Technology ( Anna Univ Annexure List), International Journal of Advanced Intelligence Paradigms ( Scopus Indexed) and other journals from Anna Univ Annexure List.
