The 1st IEEE BrainCAS workshop, to be held on October 20-21, 2016 in Hangzhou is a unique forum for identifying neurotechnology and neuroscience related challenges and opportunities. The workshop will feature an outstanding technical programme aimed at facilitating engagement between the neurosciences, neural engineering, medical and IEEE CAS communities. International and local experts from neuroscience and neurotechnology communities will be invited to showcase the eld from their perspective, pose the challenges, and present opportunities.
