Smart mobility is one of important technologies for building future urban cities and lots of studies on smart mobility have mainly been conducted on Intelligent Transport Systems (ITS). Information science and technology sides have applied many approaches to the smart mobility research domains as well as civil engineering. However most such approaches have just focused on individual techniques such as sensing, analyzing, or visualizing automobile probe data. Here there is a lack of systematic and fundamental research on software engineering sides, especially on design, development, and construction of an information infrastructure platform for smart mobility. In addition to the research, introducing a perspective of agent technologies, especially agent-oriented software engineering or agent-based simulation is helpful to supply the lack on the smart mobility research. This workshop is intended to be as 1 full day workshop and to bring together researchers, students and industry people to give an opportunity for discussing and collaborating with each other.
