ICMLSC 2017, International Conference on Machine Learning and Soft Computing, will take place in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam, from January 13-16.  ICMLSC 2017 is assisted by the University of Science, Vietnam and Industrial University of Ho Chi Minh City.
