2016 Electric Electronics, Computer Science, Biomedical Engineerings' Meeting (EBBT) will take place in 26-27 April 2016 at Tepekent Campus in Istanbul Arel University. EBBT 2016 is technically co-sponsored by IEEE-EMB. 2016’s special topic is "Signal Processing and Decision Making". This conference will cover original and innovative scientific papers about 1D, 2D and/or 3D signal processing acquired from diagnostic medical devices, feature extraction to assist diagnosis, classification and clustering for decision making. The scope is not limited to diagnostic signal processing; intelligent systems based on statistical data analysis, decision support systems and artificial neural networks, support vector machines, Bayes classifiers, k-nearest neighborhood, k-means algorithm applications, applied informatics and expert systems are also in the scope of the conference. We invite electronic 4-page IEEE style manuscript submissions. All papers will be peer reviewed. Accepted full-length 4-page papers will appear in the Conference Proceedings and be indexed by IEEE Xplore. (Review the paper style guidelines here).
