Due to persistently low oil prices in the world economy, national and indepent oil companies are reducing their operating expenditures, which is directly effecting service companies, including equipment manufacturers and suppliers. Oil price is as obvious a driver for well intervention as mobilising a rig in some conditions, and with its associated costs, can be too expensive. So, it is time to promote going rigless with coiled tubing interventions.
