A New Method of Spacecraft Assembly Integration Alignment Test Based on Virtual Cubic Prism

With the development of Chinese space technology, the structure of spacecraft is increasingly complex. The conventional method of spacecraft assembly integration alignment test based on real cubic prism can’t realize the measurement of the installation angles of the equipment in spacecraft coordinate system due to the limitation of the equipment’s installation position. The paper proposes a new method of spacecraft assembly integration alignment test based on virtual cubic prism. The method constructs a virtual cubic prism using two unrelated vectors successfully and then uses the cubic prism as the transfer benchmark to calculate the installation angles of the measured equipment in spacecraft coordinate system. The method has been verified, accepted and applied to the alignment test of subsequent models.
