ICISCE 2018 is the 5th International Conference on Information Science and Control Engineering, will be held from July 20-22, 2018, in Zhengzhou, Henan, China. Zhengzhou is located in the middle of China, We invite you to attend the conference.

ICISCE 2018 is Technically Co-Sponsored by IEEE Computer Society, and sponsored by Henan University of Science and Technology, Swinburne University of Technology, Hunan University, Wayne State University, Minjiang University, China, Beijing University of Civil Engineering and Architecture, Xiamen University, China Jiliang University, Iwate Prefectural University, Hunan University of Humanities, Science and Technology.

Original papers are invited and submitted papers should not be previously published or currently under review for any other publication, submission of a paper should be regarded as an undertaking that, should the paper be accepted, at least one of the authors will attend the conference to present the paper. The proceedings will be submitted for inclusion to IEEE Xplore and other indexing databases.
