The 6th International Conference on Internet Multimedia Computing and Service (ICIMCS) will be held from July 10−12, 2014 at Xiamen, Fujian, China. The three-day conference will include invited keynotes, oral and poster presentations. ICIMCS2014 will serve as an international forum to bring together researchers and practitioners from academia and industry to discuss cutting-edge research on the state-of-the-art of internet multimedia processing, multimedia service, analysis and applications. The conference calls for research papers reporting original investigation results and industrial-track papers reporting real multimedia applications and system development experiences.The conference also calls for special session proposals focusing on specifice merging topics in the multimedia area. All previous ICIMCS papers have been included in the ACM digital library and indexed by EI. Selected high quality papers will be invited to submit to special issues in SCI-indexed multimedia-related journals (e.g., Multimedia Systems Journal, Multimedia Tools and Applications journal).
