THEME OF 2023 IWAIIP

“Maximizing Efforts in Science and Technology using Artificial Intelligences for a Better Life”

The 2023 International Workshop on Artificial Intelligence and Image Processing (IWAIIP) is a unique platform of sharing ideas and concept focuses on new developments and applications of Image Processing and Artificial Intelligence included Image Recognition and Analysis, Image Texture Analysis, Medical Imaging Systems, Feature Extraction Techniques, Medical Image Diagnosis, Image Enhancement, Speech and Audio Processing, Optical Signal Processing, Multi-Fusion Imaging,  Capsules in Image Analysis, Deep Learning in Image Analysis, Capsule Networks, various aspects of Robotics and Machine Vision, Automation & Mechatronics, Computational Intelligence, Pattern Recognition, Machine Learning, Neural Networks, Fuzzy and Hybrid Systems, Intelligent Optimization and Search, Knowledge-based Systems, Data Mining, Decision Support, Signal and Image Processing Applications in order to understand in more depth of how those aspects intertwine in daily human lives.

The 2023 IWAIIP is organized by the Department of Electrical Engineering, Faculty of Engineering Universitas Muhammadiyah Yogyakarta (UMY) after it has success organizing our first conference namely International Conference on Electronic and Electrical Engineering and Intelligent System (ICE3IS) 2021 as presented in the previous conferences video. In 2022, Faculty Engineering UMY has collaboration with University Malaysia Perlis to organize the Conference together namely the 2023 IWAIIP. The 2023 IWAIIP is also in conjunction with ICE3IS 2022, AIRoSIP 2023 and AMMESH 2023

The conference will be held as a virtual conference, to be held at the same days, December 01-02 2023. Information of the virtual platform will be confirmed in the coming days. The safety and well-being of all conference participants is our priority. The World Health Organization has declared COVID-19 to be a pandemic, many governments have enacted travel bans and numerous state and local governments are prohibiting large or even moderately-sized public gatherings.
