2021 13th International Conference on Communication Software and Networks (ICCSN 2021) will be held in Chongqing, China during June 4-7, 2021.

ICCSN 2021 is hosted by Chongqing University, China; organized by School of Microelectronics and Communication Engineering of Chongqing University; technically co-sponsored by IEEE and IEEE Communications Society; co-sponsored by Chongqing Institute of Electronics, and Chongqing University of Posts and Telecommunications, 54th Institute, CETC, China, Science and Technology on Communication Networks Laboratory, and Sichuan Institute of Electronics.

We invite you to submit a paper to ICCSN 2021 International Meeting. We invite submissions in all areas of this field, broadly defined. We encourage you to submit early. ICCSN 2021 welcomes author submission of papers concerning any branch of the Communication Software and Networks, and their applications ineducation, and other subjects. The subjects covered by the ICCSN 2021 include COMMUNICATIONS NETWORKS AND SYSTEMS, SIGNAL PROCESSING & APPLICATIONS,  and their applications.

作者指南

- Prior to make the submission, please prepare your submission according to the Manuscript Formatting guidelines.

- Full paper should be at least full 4 pages and at most 10 pages under the format. Regular registraion fee only covers one 5 pages paper. Addtional pages will cost extra fees.

- English is the official language of the conference; the paper should be written and presented only in English.

- The submission will be confirmed and assigned with a Paper ID by the conference secretary from iccsn_conference@163.com within 3 working days after submission.


- REMINDER: At least one author per paper must be registered AND attend the conference to present their paper.


- The reviewing process of the ICCSN conference aims to provide authors with constructive feedback on their papers, even when a submission is rejected. The accepted papers must be revised, taking into consideration the referees' comments and suggestions, before inclusion in the conference proceedings.
