摘要
With the rapid development of the wide bandgap power devices, the switching frequency of DC-DC converter is improved to megahertz (MHz) to meet the high power density and miniaturization requirements in fields like automotive and robotics. But it leads to the problem that the high-performance but complicated controls cannot be completed in such a short switching cycle. To solve it, this paper proposes a real-time self-learning control, which can be implemented at MHz switching frequency by FPGA and its dynamic control performance can be real-time enhanced. A 3 MHz GaN-based Buck prototype is built to verify the effectiveness of the proposed algorithm.
