Shizuoka University and Universitas Indonesia are collaborating to organize and pleased to announce the 4th International Conference on Nano Electronics Research Education 2018 (ICNERE 2018). The first ICNERE was held in Bali, Indonesia in 2012, the second ICNERE was held in Hamamatsu, Japan in 2014, and the third ICNERE was held in Malang, Indonesia in 2016. The fourth conference will be held in Hamamatsu from 27-29 November 2018. ICNERE 2018 is the joint project with Takayanagi Memorial Symposium from 27-28 in Hamamatsu campus.

On behalf of the Committees of International Conference on Nano Electronics Research and Education, ICNERE 2018, I would like to address a welcome message as the General Chair, along with Prof. Yasuhiro Hayakawa, Symposium Chair of the 20th Takayanagi Kenjiro Memorial Symposium.

It is a great pleasure to invite you to take part in the ICNERE 2018, a collaborating event between Universitas Indonesia and Shizuoka University, Japan, which will be held at Hamamatsu Campus of Shizuoka University from November 27th to 29th, 2018.  This ICNERE 2018 is the forth conference since the ICNERE 2012 held in Bali, Indonesia, organized by Prof. Djoko Hartanto of Universitas Indonesia in 2012.

The ICNERE 2018 conference will provide an important forum and opportunities for researchers and engineers from the industries, and professors as well as graduate students from academia to establish a scientific network and to discuss new ideas and developments in the converging technology and educations of electrical and electronics engineering. By attending the conference, you will become a part of the development of Nano Electronics Research and Education.

Lastly, we hope to welcome you to ICNERE 2018 Conference held at Hamamatsu Campus of Shizuoka University this November.  We are looking forward to seeing you at the conference.
