In 2018 CSERC co-locates with the 11th International Conference on Informatics in Schools: Situation, Evolution and Perspectives ( ISSEP 2018 ) hosted by Saint-Petersburg Electrotechnical University "LETI", Saint-Petersburg, Russia. ISSEP is a forum for researchers and practitioners In the area of Informatics education, both primary and secondary schools. It provides an opportunity for educators to learn about the subject matter, its curricula and various teaching / learning paradigms and topics, possible connections to everyday life and various ways of developing Informatics Education in schools.

Papers presented at CSERC will normally address aspects of computing education, that is, the education of students who are studying computer science, computer engineering, software engineering, information systems and other related areas.
