The International Workshop on E-Management and Information Systems and Technologies EMIST will take place in Fez, Morocco from 25 to 27 october 2018. The purpose of the workshop is to promote research presenting innovation on information and communication technologies and their impact on organizational management and performance . Emphasizing the role of collaborative template, Cloud Computing, ERP and Big Data on E-Management, EMIST workshop seeks new process and models in E-Management covering e-marketing, e-finance, e-human resource management, Project management, Risk Management and intelligent dashboard, quality, security and integrated system and e-governance.
We are pleases to invite researchers to submit their research papers and case studies and professional to submit their special festive proposals papers to present and share with academic their professional experience.

Scope
2th edition Conference on Information Systems and Technologies to support Learning, to be held at FEZ, Morocco, 25 - 27 October 2018 EMENA-ISTL'18, is a global forum for researchers and practitioners to present and discuss the most recent innovations, trends, Results, experiences and concerns in the several perspectives of Information Systems and Technologies.
We are pleased to invite you to submit your papers to EMENA-ISTL'18. All submissions will be reviewed on the basis of relevance, originality, importance and clarity.

EMENA-ISTL'18 also includes several Workshops focused on specific scientific subjects on the scope of the conference.
Types of Submissions and Decisions
Four types of papers can be submitted:
Full paper : Finished or consolidated R&D works, to be included in one of the Conference themes. These papers are assigned a 10-page limit.
Short paper: Ongoing works with relevant preliminary results, open to discussion. These papers are assigned a 6-page limit.
Poster paper: Initial work with relevant ideas, open to discussion. These papers are assigned to a 4-page limit.
Company paper: Companies' papers that show practical experience, R & D, tools, etc., focused on some topics of the conference. These papers are assigned to a 4-page limit.
Submitted papers must comply with the format of Smart Innovation, Systems and Technologies Serie SIST (see Instructions for Authors at Springer Website or download a Word Template or Latex Package ) be written in English, must not have been published before, not be under review for Any other conference or publication and not include any information leading to the authors' identification. Therefore, the authors' names, affiliations and bibliographic references should not be included in the version for evaluation by the Program Committee. This information should only be included in the Camera-ready version, saved in Word or Latex format and also in PDF format. These files must be accompanied by the Consent to Publish form filled out, in a ZIP file, and uploaded at the conference management system.
All papers will be asked to a "double-blind review" by at least two members of the Program Committee.
For example, the full papers can be accepted as short papers or poster papers. Only. like, short papers can be accepted as poster papers only. In these cases, the authors will be allowed to maintain the original number of pages in the camera-ready version.
The authors of accepted poster papers must also build and print a poster to be exhibited during the Conference. This conference must follow an A1 or A2 vertical format. The Conference can include Work Sessions where these posters are presented and orally discussed, with a 5 minute Limit per poster.
The authors of accepted full papers will have 15 minutes to present their work in a Conference Work Session; approximately 5 minutes of discussion will follow each presentation. The authors of accepted short papers and company papers will have 11 minutes to present their work in a Conference Work Session; approximately 4 minutes of discussion will follow each presentation.
Publication and Indexing

Full and short papers will be published in Proceedings by Springer, in within the series “Smart Innovation, Systems and Technologies” SISTSeries. Poster and company papers will be published by EMENA.
Published full and short papers will be submitted for indexation by ISI, EI-Compendex, SCOPUS, DBLP and Google Scholar, among others, and will be available in the SpringerLink Digital Library.
To ensure that a full paper, short paper, poster paper or company paper is published, at least one of the authors must be fully registered by the 15 th of July, 2018 , and the paper must comply with the suggested layout and page-limit . additional, all recommended changes must be addressed by the authors before they submit the camera-ready version.
One more fee must be paid for publication of additional papers, with a maximum of one additional paper per registration. One registration permits only the participation of one author in the conference.
EXTENDED VERSION PUBLICATION
Authors with best selected papers will be invited to prepare and submit extended versions to be considered, after a new peer review, for publication in several special issues of scientific journals indexed by ISI/SCI, SCOPUS and DBLP, among others (more journals will be Communicated later).

SUBMISSION INSTRUCTIONS
Prospective authors are encouraged to submit papers for evaluation by the Program Committee.
All papers must follow the formatting rules for Proceedings in Smart Innovation, Systems and Technologies Serie (SIST). Please download a Word Template or Latex Package to edit your paper.
The version of papers for evaluation by the Program Committee, saved in PDF format, must not include identification, e-mail and affiliation of the authors. This information must only be available in the camera-ready version of accepted papers, saved in Word or Latex format and also in PDF format. These files must be accompanied by the Consent to Publish form filled out, in a ZIP file, and uploaded at the conference management system.

TYPES OF CONTRIBUTION & PRESENTATION
You can present your presentations/ papers in two modalities: in person (either oral or poster presentation). Please, specify the type of your contribution as the "Category" when submitting the abstract via EasyChair system. The Programme Committee reserves the right to decide on the final allocation and presentation method. Attending in person
Oral presentation:
Each presentation will last 15 minutes and will be presented in parallel thematic sessions. You will be informed of your session reference and the time of your presentation before the conference. Attending in person
Poster presentation:
Your poster will be exhibited during the conference poster session. Poster sessions will provide an opportunity for authors to display the results and conclusions of their papers. Authors are invited to present their works face to face to individuals and small groups.
STEPS TO SUBMIT YOUR PAPER
Step 1:
Creating an EasyChair Account: (If you already have an EasyChair account from a previous conference, use your existing account for this conference, skip this step and start from Step 2). Go to the Easychair Abstract submission page, you should register first – just click at the “sign up for an account” link at the login page and fill in the form. The system will send you an e-mail with the instructions how to finish the registration.

Enter your EasyChair username and password and log in

Click NEW SUBMISSION at the top of the page

By following the instructions fill in the form, and then submit NOTE: After submitting your paper successfully, you should receive an e-mail from EasyChair that you have successfully submitted your abstract by copy/paste.
NOTE:
Some mails servers at universities “filter out” the automatic e-mails send by the EasyChair system. In case you do not receive an e-mail from EasyChair (it may take some time), try to find it in “junk” e-mails. Sometimes this does not help and it is necessary to use another e-mail address. (According to our experience, gmail, yahoo, hotmail, outlook and etc. addresses work well.)
