The 13th International Forum on Strategic Technology (IFOST 2018) will be held during May 31-June 1, 2018 in Harbin, China. It is sponsored by Harbin University of Science and Technology and technical co-sponsored by IEEE Harbin Section.

IFOST is an annual international conference. Since the 1st forum held in Ulsan, Korea in 2006, IFOST has finally reached the 13th meeting with 5 members institutions from 4 nations. In the meantime, the forum has played a great role of gathering researchers and policy-makers together and encouraging them to exchange their ideas and experiences on strategic technologies.

Prospective authors are invited to submit original technical papers for publication in the IFOST2018 Conference Proceedings. All papers will undergo peer review and cross check for plagiarism in order to provide feedback to the authors and ensure a high-quality program.

The proceedings of IFOST2018 are eligible for submission to the IEEE Xplore. After the review taken by IEEE conference publication group, it will be submitted to EI Compendex index.
