We wish to invite the members of the Scientific Committees on Occupational Health for Health Workers and Women, Health and Work along with all other professionals interested in the health and safety of healthcare workers to participate in the 10th International Joint Conference on Occupational Health for Health Workers to be held in Khon Kaen, Thailand on November 28 - 30, 2017, with pre-conference workshops on November 27, 2017.

The theme of the conference is “Health & wellbeing in the health care sector; addressing current threats to workers”. We are planning to make this a truly international collaboration with participation from our colleagues from WHO, PAHO, ILO along with colleagues from Southeast Asia.

The scientific program will include discussions on the critical shortage of Health Care Workers, importance of health and safety, basics of a health and safety program and specific topics of risk in the health care workplace. Health care workers, administrators of health care institutions, Ministers of Health and administrators of local and international health care organizations will meet to discuss these important issues concerning the health and safety of our Health Care Workforce.  We also plan to have several pre-conference workshops.
