The 3rd China Aeronautical Science and Technology Conference (CASTC 2017) is jointly organized by the Chinese Society of Aeronautics and Astronautics (CSAA), the organizing committee of Aviation Expo/ China and is hosted by Beijing China Promotion Exhibition Ltd. It will be held on 19-20 September, 2017 in conjunction with the 17th Aviation Expo/ China at the China National Convention Centre (CNCC), Beijing, China. 
CASTC 2017, a biennial event, is a major comprehensive academic exchange conference under the guidance of the academic committee of CSAA. The academic activities will be carried out by selecting a specific theme for every conference that conforms to the current trend in the technological development. CASTC is a large-scale, high-level and well-attended international event for the industry professionals and academics in the aviation and aeronautics field. 
Conference theme of CASTC 2017 is "Win-Win Collaborative Innovation". In light of the spirit of "Three Technology Conferences" - the National Conference on Scientific and Technological Innovation, the Academicians Conference of the Chinese Academy of Sciences and the Chinese Academy of Engineering as well as the guidance of China's 13th Five-Year Plan, the conference will focus on the prospects of technology and industry trends, to recognize the results of technological innovation, to promote academic exchanges, to encourage scientific and technological innovation and boost the development of aviation industry 
The Conference is comprised of main forum, a number of professional sub-forums on specific topics discussion and other related activities. Main forum will be invited domestic and foreign professional leaders and academician to deliver reports under the theme of industry and technology development at the macro level; the sub-forums will focus on the discussion of major aspects of technical development in aviation industry.
