The conference is organised by Department Of Engineering, UTM RAZAK School of Engineering and Advanced Technology, Universiti Teknologi Malaysia (UTM), and technically is co-sponsored by IEEE Malaysia Communication Society & Vehicular Technology Society (ComSoc/VTS).  This conference will provide a platform to present new research findings, discuss current related issues and exchange realistic views that might create mutual interests.
