In light of the global threats to financial stability, this conference will provide a platform for academics and practitioners to analyse relevant principles, recent trends and upcoming challenges in corporate governance and regulatory issues around the world.
The conference is unique in that it features a panel of invited speakers (practitioners and academics) and incorporates a call for papers. Invited speakers include experts from the Bank of England; the Financial Reporting Council, Rotman School of Management, University of Toronto, Max Planck Institute for Comparative and International Private Law, the University of West of England and LJMU. Please note that the availability of speakers is subject to last minute changes.
