We are very pleasure to announce that the 8th Asian Pig Veterinary Academic Conference, which hosted by Asian Pig Veterinary Society (APVS) and organized by Animal Medical Faculty, HuaZhong Agricultural University will be held on 12-15 May, 2017 in East Lake international conference center of Wuhan in Hubei province, China.
The important swine diseases, caused by pathogenic microorganisms, parasites, breeding management and other factors, influence the development of Asian swine industry seriously. The biological safety and disease risk analysis inside and outside the pig farm are significant measures to prevent these swine diseases. In recent years, many progresses have been made on the prevention of important swine diseasesin China and abroad. Asian countries need to work together to preventand control swine diseases. For this reason, the global famousexperts will be invited to give presentations which focus on manyareas including pseudorabies, porcine reproductive and respiratory syndrome, porcine circovirus virus disease, bacterial respiratory infectious diseases, antibiotic resistance mechanisms, new pig diseases and zoonosis and farm bio-safety. The congress will also organize parallel session andsatellite meetingfor an in-depth discussion in the control of respiratory disease, gastrointestinal disease, reproductive disorders and parasitic diseases.
In order to fully show the latest progress in the field of swine disease research in the last two years, the conference warmly welcomes all of you to submit abstracts (including five parts, i.e., introduction, materials and methods, results, discussion and references. For format requirements, please refer to the APVS website (www.apvscongress.com). Abstracts from the domestic institutions and university are suggested to write in in both Chinese and English. The abstracts in Chinese aim to help the clinical workers to better understand the new technologies. For abstracts from clinical workers that are written in Chinese, we help to translate them into English. Please submit the abstracts through two email addresses: apvs2017@yahoo.com&apvs2017@163.com.  The deadline for the paper is March 30, 2017.
There are three kinds of registrations for delegates. (1) Time for Early registration, late registration and on-site registration are before March 15,2017, between March 16 to April 15 and after April 16, 2017, respectively. (2) The registration fee for early, late and on-site registration are 2200 YUAN RMB ( or 350 US$), 2500 YUAN RMB(400 US$) and 3000 YUAN RMB( or 450 US$).
