The Gordon Research Seminar on Staphylococcal Diseases is a unique forum for graduate students, post-docs, and other scientists with comparable levels of experience and education to present and exchange new data and cutting edge ideas.
This meeting will explore Staphylococci at the host-pathogen interface looking at both the bacterial and host responses during infection. Topics that will be presented include toxin generation, metabolic and signaling changes, and new models to study disease in vivo. The two-day seminar will include cutting-edge research presentations from trainees in the field as well as a mentorship panel featuring prominent scientists from academia, industry, and clinical settings.
