The evolution of computing and Communications Technologies and their reliability in the different areas of the industry has changed completely the design of automated systems. Computing covers application of Computer Science to the mathematical modeling of complex systems in the field of Engineering and Sciences. Computing is interdisciplinary and application oriented, focusing on techniques & tools that enable computational simulations to be performed.

The vision today is to best utilize the media of communication. Communication processes are fundamental part of virtually every aspect of human computer interaction (HCI). Research on HCI or data communication takes you to the cutting-edge of research and theory in all areas with in the field of communication like exploration of communication processes, antecedents & consequences of communication in a broad range of network communication.

According to the technological development and the new Computing and Communication technologies, and the race for competitiveness that drives the search for total quality and especially the reduction of costs , the structure of the computing and communication process has changed through the integration and automation of modern computer systems , who led the Application Programming Interface to be improvements of any kind whatsoever the number of features and especially the improvement of new industrial communication protocol such as Profibus, Profinet and Ethernet/IP. Automation includes theoretical and experimental research covering all facets of automatic control system, having a focal point analysis and design methods using tools of modeling, simulation and optimization. Specific areas of research include non linear, distributed, adaptive, stochastic and robust control. Application areas include automotive, process control, network control, multi agent, sensor network and control of computing system.
