The Gordon Research Seminar on Inhibition in the CNS is a unique forum for graduate students, post-docs, and other scientists with comparable levels of experience and education to present and exchange new data and cutting edge ideas.
Inhibitory neurons perform uniquely specialized functions in neural circuits, arising from a remarkable diversity of molecular, cellular, and synaptic characteristics. This GRS program will showcase research from young scientists on the synaptic and cellular biology of inhibition, its role in circuits and behaviors, and its dynamic regulation in health and disease.
