SENSET2017 is the first International Conference on Sensors, Networks, Smart and Emerging Technologies. It is a multi-track event that will be held between Tuesday 12 September and Thursday 14 September 2017 in Lebanon, a very attractive and touristic country in the Middle East.
This conference will provide an opportunity for researchers to come together and share their knowledge in a wide range of topic including but not limited to intelligent devices and technologies like mobile applications, microwave sensors and devices, artificial intelligence, infrastructure protection, computer networks security, environment, green buildings, energy, healthcare …
SENSET2017 is organized by the Lebanese University, University Institute of Technology. It will be an international forum that brings researchers from various parts of the world to present the various developments, new ideas and their findings in diverse but complementary fields leading to Smart Cities.

Paper Submission Guidelines:
All presented papers will be submitted for inclusion in IEEE Digital Library. Submitted papers should not exceed 4 pages. The Full paper submission deadline is April 30, 2017.
To submit your papers, please follow these steps:
Step 1: Create your manuscript(s) using the IEEE two-column format templates. https://www.ieee.org/conferences_events/conferences/publishing/templates.html
Proofread your source document thoroughly to confirm that it will require no revision.
Step 2: Create your pdf eXpress file :
Log in to the site : www.pdf-express.org
First-time users should do the following:
1. Select the New Users - Click Here link.
2. Enter the following:
· 40809X for the Conference ID
· your email address
· a password
3. Continue to enter information as prompted.
An Online confirmation will be displayed and an email confirmation will be sent verifying your account setup.
Previous users of PDF eXpress need to follow the above steps, but should enter the same password that was used for previous conferences. Verify that your contact information is valid.
Important note: For each conference paper, click “Create New Title”, Indicate platform, source file type (if applicable), click Browse and navigate to file, and click “Upload File”. You will receive online and email confirmation of successful upload.
If you choose the option “Submit PDF for Checking”, the email will show if your file passed or failed.
If you choose the option “Submit Source Files for Conversion”, you will receive an email with your Checked PDF or IEEE PDF eXpress-converted PDF attached.
If you encounter any problem, please contact PDF eXpress Support on Publications Support Center for IEEE PDF eXpress.
Step 3: Submit final, IEEE Xplore-compatible PDF(s) to SENSET2017 at www.edas.info/N23220
Please note: Uploading a paper to IEEE PDF Express is not the same as submitting the paper to the conference. You will still need to submit the checked PDF by the normal means through the EDAS website (www.edas.info/N23220).
