BioTech 2017 and 7th Czech-Swiss Symposium with exhibition will cover all important aspects of advanced biotechnologies. The main scope of the symposium is to promote the exchange of information among academic and industrial researchers regarding technologies utilizing life-based systems to produce useful products and services. Lectures will be organized in following sessions: Medical and Pharmaceutical Biotechnology, Microalgae Biotechnology, Environmental Biotechnology, Food and Agriculture Biotechnology, Biorefinery and Industrial Biotechnology.
The conference will take place in the National Technical Library, located centrally in the university campus in Prague 6. The famous city of Prague lies in the heart of Europe and, due to its abundance of cultural attractions and rich historic architecture, is one of the most popular European tourist destinations.
BioTech 2017 and 7th Czech-Swiss Symposium with exhibition will cover all important aspects of advanced biotechnologies. Attention will be paid to the key technologies playing important role in bio-based economies. Microorganisms such as bacteria, yeast, and microalgae, and their enzymes, as well as mammalian cells are used for manufacturing a wide range of products in sustainable, forward-looking bioprocesses. These products represent high-performance chemicals or ingredients in demand for foodstuffs, animal feed, cosmetics and pharmaceuticals.
