WCSP 2009 is the first international conference on Wireless Communications and Signal Processing. It is planned to be held in Nanjing, China. Nanjing is located and played an important role in the Yangtze River Delta , the most developed region in industry and economy, science and technology, culture and education in China. There are a large number of IEEE ComSoc & SP members as well as wireless and mobile clients, services providers and producers in related area. WCSP 2009 will benefit existing IEEE ComSoc & SP members and chapters, and also be effective in generating membership and encouraging new chapter formation. WCSP 2009 will promote the development of R&D activities in wireless communications and signal processing in this region and in China as well.
