Abstract: objective comparing percutaneous minimally invasive internal fixation technology with open reduction and internal fixation to treat the clinical curative effect of ankle fractures. Methods selected from 2016-01-2017-1 in our hospital during the period of 50 cases of adult patients with ankle fractures, according to different internal fixation methods divided into minimally invasive internal fixation group (28 cases) and traditional open reduction and internal fixation group (22 cases), to compare two groups of operation time, hospitalization time, fracture healing time and local complications and postoperative AOFAS score 1 year. Results of minimally invasive internal fixation group in hospitalization time, incision infection rate and fracture healing time obviously superior to the traditional open reduction and internal fixation group, the difference was statistically significant (P < 0.05). All 50 cases were followed up for 6 ~ 12 months, an average of eight months. Conclusion compared with the traditional open reduction and internal fixation, closed reduction and percutaneous minimally invasive cannulated screw and plate fixation technique treatment of ankle fractures has small trauma, incision is beautiful, fixed firmly, fracture healing rate is high, the advantages of the ankle function recovered satisfactorily.
