The Fifth International Istanbul Smart Grids and Cities Congress and Fair (ICSG 2017), technically sponsored by the IEEE Power & Energy Society (IEEE-PES), will be held April 19th-21st, 2017 at Istanbul Congress Center in Istanbul Turkey. The annual 5th International Istanbul Smart Grids and Cities Congress is a leading international event on smart grids and smart cities. ICSG 2017 seeks to bring together researchers, practitioners, developers, and users to explore and discuss cutting-edge ideas and results, and the state-of-the-art innovations and to exchange techniques, tools and experiences. Organizing committee invites researchers, innovators, practitioners, decision makers, regulators, investors, experts and students to participate and submit their papers. Industrial representatives and exhibitors are invited to take a place in stands and join to scientific and bilateral business meetings.
