Dr. Alain Touwaide is a classicist, and a historian of medicine and botany, who has devoted his career to unearthing lost knowledge and scouring the globe searching for century-old Greek medical manuscripts. Dr. Touwaide is the co-founder and Scientific Director of the Institute for the Preservation of Medical Traditions (Washington, DC, USA).IPPC2017 and associated entities are honored to welcome his Keynote address.
