The 3rd International Conference on Civil and Building Engineering Informatics (ICCBEI 2017) in conjunction with 2017 Conference on Computer Applications in Civil and Hydraulic Engineering (CCACHE 2017) will be held in the National Taiwan University at Taipei, Taiwan, during April 19-21, 2017.
