The 2016 IEEE Electrical Power & Energy Conference (EPEC) running under the theme “Smart Grid and Beyond: Future of the Integrated Power System” will be hosted at the Shaw Centre, Ottawa, Canada from October 12th to 14th, 2016.

The IEEE Electrical Power & Energy Conference is organized annually by IEEE Canada and its Sections for electric utilities, industry, academia, governments and professionals of other organizations to discuss the latest developments in electrical power systems. The conference originated in Ottawa as the Electrical Power Symposia which ran ran annually from 2001-2006. In 2007, it evolved into an IEEE Canada national conference hosted in Montreal, Vancouver, Halifax, Winnipeg, London and Calgary. In 2016, it celebrates its 10th anniversary by returning to its birthplace – Ottawa. Please join us for this celebration!
