Over the last decade, the population of Chinese language learners has experienced a continuous growth in many countries. While the demand of Chinese Teachers is increasing, the quality of Chinese Teachers draws considerable attention by public due to the universal agreement that the higher professionalism of the teaching force can lead to more effective learning. The research in teacher development reveals that Continuing Professional Development (CPD) for teachers is one of the key positive factors to influence teachers’ professional performances.
