This conference, sponsored by the Technical Committee on Micro- and Nanosystems (MNS), an integral part of the ASME Design Engineering Division, will provide researchers in industry, academia, and government a forum to exchange scientific and technical information related to recent developments and emerging issues in the design, mechanics, control, and manufacturing of micro- and nanoscale systems. Manuscripts are solicited from experimental, computational, and theoretical studies. Submissions from researchers both within and outside of the traditional mechanical engineering community are strongly encouraged. Keynote and panel presentations by leading figures in academia and industry will also be included.
