活动简介

It is our great pleasure to invite you to attend the IEEE/IFIP Network Operations and Management Symposium, NOMS 2016, 25-29 April 2016 in Istanbul, Turkey.

In this idyllic setting, you will be able to network with friends, colleagues, customers and vendors from around the world. The conference theme, Managing Everything toward a Secure and Smart Hyperconnected World, aims at capturing from a management perspective new paradigms that we are facing today.

The host city, Istanbul, has a unique geographical location: It is the only city in the world that is located on two continents, with bridges over the Bosphorus connecting Europe and Asia. As the former capital of three successive empires - Roman, Byzantine and Ottoman - Istanbul honors and preserves the fabulous legacy of its past, while looking forward to its bright future. Today's Istanbul is a vibrant metropolitan city of more than 10 million citizens with a wide spectrum of cultural, economic, and industrial activities, making it an ideal setting for NOMS 2016.

The Istanbul venue for NOMS will ease the way for you to network with friends, colleagues, customers and vendors from around the world.
