Who Should Attend

This course is recommended for geoscientists, reservoir and production engineers and technical managers who wish to gain insight into fluvial-tidal sedimentology, heavy oil petroleum systems and impact of geological heterogeneities on production with a particular focus on in-situ oil sands operations.

Objectives

This two day field study focuses on integrating SAGD fundamentals with reservoir characterization of the McMurray Formation.
