The ninth International Conference on Hybrid Intelligent System will be held in Shenyang on 12-14 August, 2009.The conference is hosted by Shenyang Normal University, the Proceeding will be published by IEEE CS Press. Selected papers will be published in several Journal Special issues (to be announced).
