Modern applied mathematics flourished all over the world over the last few decades. There is a great need for further exchange of ideas and collaboration among researchers around the world. The purpose of this workshop is to promote international collaboration among researchers from different parts of the world working especially in geophysical flows and turbulence. The workshop is organised by Professor Andrew Majda of New York University.
