he Second International Workshop on Quality Monitoring (IWQM 2014) will be held in conjunction with the 5th International Conference on Smart Communications in Network Technologies (SaCoNeT 2014) in Vilanova i la Geltrù, on June 18, 2014. The main goal of the workshop is to present state-of-the-art research results and experience reports in the area of Quality Monitoring for Customer experience management, addressing amongst others currently important topics such as Service-aware Future Internet architecture for Quality of Experience (QoE) management on multimedia applications.
